Does Crowns Cup offer any deposit-bonuses?
Currently, every new client can receive a bonus on their first deposit. This bonus amounts to 100% of the amount deposited, the maximum bonus is 50€. We offer occasional deposit-bonuses to our existing customers, the so-called regular deposit-bonuses.
How can I receive a regular deposit-bonus?
If you make a deposit at Crowns Cup during a bonus phase, please enter the bonus-code that you received. We will give you a bonus of 100% of the deposit amount (max. 50€.) You may not however have received a payout before the deposit during the bonus-phase. In that case you would not qualify for the bonus.
How do I turn an open Bonus amount into accessible money?
If a bonus amount is still open, you must collect a certain amount of FPPs, depending on the amount of the bonus. You receive FPPs when you play Backgammon or Poker for real-money with us. Every open bonus expires eventually. You should try to ensure that you collect the required number of FPPs within the time limit. Can I receive several bonuses during a bonus-phase?
No. t is only possible to qualify for one bonus within each bonus-phase.
Can I receive a single-bonus, even if an older bonus is still open?
Yes, you can. As soon as your old bonus is either validated or expired, the FPPs that you collected will be credited to the new bonus. Theoretically, you may have more than two open-bonuses at the same time. FPPs apply only to the oldest of your open-bonuses.
Are the bonus offers available to all customers?
We will have bonus offers that are available to all our customers and sometimes special bonuses that are only for certain groups or even individuals. It is plausible for example, that we would offer a bonus to all customers born under the current zodiac sign. You will receive timely information about such offers in the form of the Crowns Cup Newletter.
