For a complete overview of our terms and conditions, please click here. What are FPP's? How can I use them? You collect so-called FPP's when you play for real-money at our tables. FPP (Frequent Player Points) can be used to participate on special Freeroll-Tournaments. Soon you will be able to purchase our special merchandising products in our shop with FPP. I would like to play under various names. Can I have more than one account? Unfortunately not. With Crowns Cup you may only have one account per person. However, you may change your screen-name under certain conditions (see below.)

May I change my account-name and/or my screen-name?
You may change your screen-name every 12 months. This has no affect on your account-name. You may not change your account-name under any circumstances.
I forgot my password. What now?
No problem. Just send an E-mail to support@crownscup.com and explain that you lost your password. We will send you a new password to the E-mail address you used for your registration.
How do I change my password or my address information?
That's very easy. Just log-in to your account, go to the "Tools" menu > "Change User-Data" > and update the pertinent information. To change your password use the following path: "Tools" > "Change Password."
Why do I have to validate my E-mail address? How does it work?
Due to our high security requirements, if is important for us to be sure that the account-owner and the E-mail address-owner are the same person. Therefore, before you can play with Crowns Cup for real-money, your E-mail address must be validated. To do so, just go to the "Extras" menu, > "Validate E-mail" and enter your validation code. This code will be sent to you after you have opened an account. If you change your E-mail address, you automatically receive a new code. If you do not receive a validation code, please check in the "Extras" menu, > "Change User-Data", to see if you entered the E-mail address correctly. Where do I find information-data about the games I have played with Crowns Cup? You can request so-called "Hand Histories" to look at the poker games you have played. With Backgammon, you can automatically save so-called "Log Files" of every match and every Moneygame on your computer. For further information, please see: Backgammon and Poker FAQ's .
